94Fifty Sports Technologies Opens First Basketball Skill Training Center

94Fifty Sports Technologies Inc. opens its first basketball training center at Mass Premier Courts in Foxborough, MA. featuring its Handle IT skill assessment technology.

Attleboro, MA (December 5, 2009). 94Fifty Sports Technologies announced today the opening of its first basketball training center at Mass Premier Courts in Foxborough, MA., making it the only skill training center in the world that can measure, track, and compare basketball skill. Using its revolutionary technology embedded inside the basketball, 94Fifty measures the motion of the ball, allowing the Company to create a precise diagnostic of the player’s muscle memory skills critical to success on the court.

“Our training program is the first of its kind in the world, and we have shown great success with our initial test groups.” said Michael Crowley, 94Fifty Founder and CEO. “With our technology, we can quickly diagnose specific strengths and weaknesses in a player’s muscle memory and prescribe specific workouts to maximize how a player improves. We are the only Company in the world that can guarantee to coaches, parents, and players that if they follow our programs, we guarantee that they will see their improvement because we can now measure it each time they come to our gym.”

“We believe very strongly that basketball requires skills to be broken down into their parts in order to make a complete basketball player. The addition of 94Fifty Sports technologies to Mass Premier Courts allows us to bring an offering to the market that has never been available. It is a great asset for players in the region and it allows us to continue to be the premier center for basketball and sports training in New England.” Added Mike Vaughan, General Manager of Mass Premier Courts

The Company and Mass Premier Courts brings a staff of accomplished, college level players and high-school coaches for its training programs, which include 5-session packages that focus on ballhandling and shooting mechanics. Players will be measured with 94Fifty’s technology at each session, and for those players that demonstrate a high-level of proficiency, advanced training programs are available.
